Pleasant staff at the reception desk. Marvellous and incredible location close to the fantastic Christmas Markets. - 15-minute walk from Old Town. - Hotel of choice in Zurich.

Enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant and found this hotel to be charming, unique and would definitely revisit.

Nestled in a charming neighborhood, this hotel offers great value for money with themed rooms and comfortable beds in a prime location.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel, didn't want to leave after spending a night here with our two kids, definitely recommend it.

The double room was spacious, had a designated area for a laptop, and included amenities like a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk, which were convenient.

The location is fantastic, right next to all the main attractions, shopping street, eateries, Lake Zurich, the Opera Plaza. The rooms are authentic and spotless, with balconies that offer a view of the opera. 

We were delighted with the beautifully decorated rooms at Romantik. The unique designs made our stay feel special. The bathrooms, although small, were spotlessly clean. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food, and we couldn't resist trying 

Everything is perfect: comfortable and quiet room with all accessories (trouser press and umbrella are available), excellent breakfast

The staff here are super helpful, we totally adored them! The rooms are a good size and come with amazing views 😊.

Excellent location for walking or using the efficient tramway system in a comfortable way through the historic centre of Zurich.

The double bed should be with one mattress and not two.

location and reception care was excellent

I don't like the dining room because if there are a lot of people it takes a long time. Although I think they did their best. I'm not saying it was bad, just that one person can't take care of everything, cooking, serving coffee, cleaning, etc.
